Key Accountabilities & Role Requirements:
* Open and prepare the office and communal areas ensuring office offerings are replenished
* On arrival conduct daily inspection of the office to identify any maintenance or safety issues
* Receive deliveries and liaise with service providers arriving before standard office operating hours
* Report and rectify any issues particularly in meeting rooms and communal areas
* Assist with meeting room and events set ups
* Support basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or other minor repairs
* Monitor stock levels of consumables and office supplies; providing detailed inventory for restock
* Assist with office moves or furniture adjustments
* Ensure waste and recycling are collected and disposed of properly
* Report any incidents, hazards, or unusual activity
Skills & Competencies Required:
* Punctual and dependable, with the ability to start work at 6:00 AM
* Is confident and enjoys working independently
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Basic knowledge of day-to-day operations and a willingness to learn and further develop
* Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Previous experience in a facilities (desirable but not essential)
* Familiarity with health & safety practices (training will be provided)
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous facilities and /or hospitality experience
* Awareness of Heath and Safety
