About The Role
The Residential Services manage a portfolio of owned and leased student residential accommodations in Cambridge, Chelmsford, and Writtle, including arrangements with private providers. The service oversees year-round student stays and commercial bookings like summer schools. It assists students in sourcing private accommodation after their initial year.
The role involves managing a team of Housing Management Officers responsible for the daily operations of University-managed and leased accommodations. The position requires participation in an out-of-hours emergency rota and some weekend work for events such as Open Days and student arrivals/departures.
The ideal candidate will have a degree and relevant experience with evidence of professional development, or be part-qualified in a relevant professional qualification with appropriate experience and development evidence.
