The Service Owner will have a foot in several teams, bringing together operational and technical expertise to deliver impact and results for our customers and funders. The role A key aspect of the role is to support organisational change by upskilling and enabling existing programme teams, helping them adopt service thinking and build capability for continuous improvement. In the coming financial year, the organisation will embark on a major transformation of itsCRM and contact centre platforms, and the Service Owner will play a pivotal role in shaping and coordinating this change to ensure it delivers meaningful improvements for users and staff alike. What youll do Define the Home Energy Scotland end to end service. Establish appropriate service governance processes, leading a multidisciplinary team. Adapt delivery methodologies and promote collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. Advocate for continuous use of user insights in teams and use insights to make strategic decisions to provide the best user experience. Guide teams through governance processes such as service assessments to ensure standards are met. Support and coach key stakeholders in the Home Energy Scotland team in creating and implementing a successful long-term strategy and tactical approach.
