Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in King’s Lynn for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, providing excellent customer service, handling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining store standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.

* Strong Communication skills
* Experience in Store Management
* Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in retail management is essential
* Previous experience in McDonald's management is prefered.
