GSL Education are currently seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools in Grimsby. This is a flexible supply role, offering opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements depending on your availability.
This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy working in a variety of school environments and are confident teaching students across different key stages and abilities.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
* Maintain positive classroom management and behaviour expectations.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity of learning.
* Create a supportive and productive learning environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching across a range of key stages and abilities.
* Strong classroom management and adaptability.
* A professional and flexible approach to teaching.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
