To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding stock processing, stockroom organization, and achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, achieving performance targets.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
* Ensure smooth stockroom operations by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems, maintaining high standards.
* Ensure stock is beautifully presented and available to customers promptly.
* Inspire and motivate others with your passion and energetic approach, fostering a positive team spirit.
* Work effectively in a results-driven, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and aligning the team with new objectives.
* Communicate effectively across all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
* Handle people issues confidently.
* Plan, organize, and prioritize workload efficiently.
* Experience with productivity targets is desirable but not essential. Candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to employment.
