As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. Your role and responsibilities * You will work on projects to design, build and test high quality software solutions to meet business needs * You will undertake a range of assessments at the end of your academic modules * You will also create a portfolio which will capture the knowledge and skills you will develop throughout the programme and in the workplace * You will also complete a final year work-based project which will bring together your accumulated knowledge. The portfolio and project will contribute towards your End Point Assessment for the apprenticeship standard. Required technical and professional expertise * Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Mathematics or equivalent, * 104 UCAS points from at least two A-levels or equivalent or * BTEC National Diploma/ Extended Diploma at DMM or * Pass in the QAA accredited Access to HE or * International Baccalaureate: 26 points * T Levels Merit As an equal opportunities' employer, we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
