We are seeking a Housing and Property Project Co ordinator to provide high quality strategic and operational support to senior managers across Housing & Property Services This is a pivotal coordination role, supporting service planning, performance reporting and improvement activity. You will manage complex information, prepare reports and briefing papers, track delivery of actions and priorities, and act as a key point of contact for enquiries. You will have strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with experience of drafting reports and working with data in a complex or fast paced environment. Experience within housing, property, local government or a similarly complex public sector setting would be advantageous. Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 60% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
