About the Role
* Supervise lessons across a range of subjects during teacher absences.
* Deliver pre-prepared work and keep students engaged and on task.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and any issues.

What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage groups of students confidently.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
* Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable).
* A degree or relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
