The Opportunity
As a Supply SEMH Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across a variety of school settings, supporting students with additional needs and helping maintain positive, structured learning environments.

Your Key Responsibilities
Support students with SEMH needs in the classroom
Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils
Assist teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom organisation
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in supporting students with additional needs
A proactive and reliable attitude
Full UK driving licence (essential)
