Wills & Probate Solicitor
We are currently recruiting for a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in the Nottingham area.
The Role:
1. Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
2. Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
3. Handling probate and estate administration files
4. Providing high-quality advice and client care
5. Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient case progression
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a Private Client Fee Earner role
7. Ability to manage a caseload independently
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
9. A professional and client-focused approach
