Recently, IPPEX introduced two new product offerings: the Payments Hub, which facilitates global employee payments, and an enhanced data management platform that now integrates seamlessly with Workday.
IPPEX Global has created this new position to support the growth of the business and to further establish our new product offerings in the marketplace. Reporting directly to the CEO the Business Development Manager will be responsible for Identifying, securing, and nurturing new partnerships with payroll service providers and system integrators to drive new and incremental revenue for IPPEX Global.
Collaborating with the management team to shape the go-to-market strategy for Payments Hub alongside our payment partners. Driving sales of the Payments Hub platform to global enterprises, enabling them to centralise and streamline their payment processes.

We are looking for a driven and strategic sales professional who:
* Takes initiative and is capable of analysing the market to design, build, and execute a successful sales strategy.
* Has a strong ability to plan and implement both strategic and tactical lead generation campaigns, using clear and targeted market messaging.
* Is confident in managing the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to contract closure.
* Can effectively manage the sales pipeline and lead qualification process.
* Is resourceful and collaborative, leveraging the full capabilities of the organisation to close deals and contribute valuable feedback to the product team.
* Continuously monitoring market trends to refine and optimise the agreed sales strategy.
This is a performance-focused role, best suited for an individual with at least five years of successful B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of enterprise sales methodologies and the capability to develop trusted relationships with global organisations managing multinational teams. A demonstrated track record of engaging and influencing C-level executives during the contract negotiation and sales process is essential.
