More About Your Role
The role is part-time, 20 hours per week. As a Cleaner, you will provide an efficient cleaning service and ensure adherence to health and safety, group policies, and procedures. You will work with the team to support back-to-back lets by assisting with the turnaround of void properties. Our primary aim is to ensure our communities and working environments are maintained to the highest standards; therefore, you will be expected to report any problems.

More About You
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong cleaning background with a good working knowledge of estate management issues. You will also be involved in cleaning internal communal areas.
* A working knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* This role requires a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check as part of our employment checks.
