In this role, you’ll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them manage behaviour, rebuild confidence, and re-engage with learning. No formal experience in education is required — we welcome candidates with transferable skills from youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, care, or customer service roles.
