We're looking for a friendly and energetic Cafe Team member to join our team at Crafts & Things, a busy and welcoming café and gift shop. If you enjoy great coffee, good chat, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do:
* Serve customers with a warm and professional manner
* Prepare coffee and hot drinks & baked goods to a high standard
* Keep the front counter clean, tidy, and well-stocked
* Work efficiently during busy periods with a calm and positive attitude
* Occasionally assist the kitchen team assembling light meals and plates
What We're Looking For:
* Barista experience is a strong plus (but not essential)
* Comfortable in a fast-paced café setting
* A team player with a hands-on attitude
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Able to work weekend on a rotational basis
