Salary: £32,916.00 - £51,048.00 per annum (MPS/UPS, with TLR 2B of £5,769 for subject lead responsibility)

Job Summary
We are looking for an excellent leader and classroom practitioner who will embrace our ‘Work Hard- Be Kind’ ethos. Responsibilities
* Lead the Business Studies department.
* Develop and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with national standards.
* Mentor and support teaching staff to maintain high standards.
* Encourage a culture of high expectations and support.
* Champion continuous professional development and CPD opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified teacher with relevant subject experience.
* Strong leadership and classroom practice.
* Excellent communication skills.
