The role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generating new business working to KPI’s and targets.
2. Collaborating with other regional sales managers as well as office-based managers and staff.
3. Setting targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
4. Monitoring the growth and performance of your sales team.
5. Establishing and driving business forward within the region.
6. Providing regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
What you’ll bring:
1. Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
2. Experience in the Renewables or Green Energy and Home Improvement sectors is advantageous.
3. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
4. Willingness to go that extra mile to be successful.
5. Possess strong leadership skills to gain results and be willing to travel.
