Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year Requirements: We require qualifications in multimedia, graphic design, or equivalent experience. We require experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Photoshop. We require working knowledge of HTML/CSS. We require some experience of UI/UX, including using Figma, with the ability to apply this to website design. We require an understanding of a B2B environment and working within brand guidelines. We require excellent written and verbal communication skills. We require strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight timelines and manage multiple projects at once. We need someone who is highly creative with strong attention to detail. We value experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities: We work alongside our Senior Marketing Programme Manager and marketing teams to deliver creative solutions from initial conversations and mood boards through to final graphics. We design and produce a broad range of materials, including email campaigns, digital display ads, web landing pages, brochures, reports, printed materials, infographics, and social media assets. We collaborate with external agencies and freelancers, providing creative guidance and ensuring deliverables align with our brand guidelines and strategic objectives. We support the development and maintenance of a library of templates and design assets for internal use. We manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines and priorities effectively. We bring creative ideas to life that support our marketing efforts, customer engagements, and brand consistency. We help create compelling campaigns for our sales teams to take to market.
