Office & Accounts Administrator (Part Time, Remote)
£27,000–£32,000 FTE | 15–25 hrs | Remote + occasional travel to Long Bennington
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Office & Accounts Administrator to support a growing, forward‑thinking business. This flexible part‑time role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail‑driven and confident working independently.
Essential Experience
*
Strong Xero skills – invoicing, reconciliations, financial admin
*
Data Protection expertise – audits and managing SARs
*
Excellent administration and organisational skills
*
Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office & Outlook
*
Must live within one hour of Long Bennington and have own vehicle
Key Responsibilities
*
Day‑to‑day office administration
*
All Xero accounts tasks
*
Data Protection audits & SAR management
*
Client onboarding and database management
*
Supporting the Managing Director
*
Managing renewals, subscriptions and Companies House updates
