Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract to be extended
Location: Windsor - Hybrid (Once a month in office)
Rate: £700 inside umbrella

Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team and help shape the future of contact centre solutions using AWS AI services!
What You'll Do:
* Utilize AWS AI services, specifically Amazon Lex, to craft engaging contact flows and webchat functionalities (Innovative Development).
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our contact centre solutions (Collaboration at Its Best).
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript code that drives our software forward (Code with Purpose).
* Implement and advocate for best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (Champion DevOps).
* Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure our code is top‑notch and adheres to industry standards (Quality Assurance).
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various areas of the software stack (Problem Solving).
What You Bring:
* Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role (Experience).
* Strong proficiency in AWS services, particularly Amazon Lex and other AI/ML offerings (AWS Expertise).
* Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (Tech Savvy).
* Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools (CI/CD, Serverless, Monitoring) (DevOps Knowledge).
* Experience with contact centre technologies and integrations (Contact Centre Familiarity).
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively (Problem‑Solving Skills).
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities (Communication Skills).
Qualifications:
* Experience with other AWS AI services and tools.
* Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.
* Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
* Experience with agile development methodologies.
