Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Peterhead for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will manage customer inquiries, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing support & order updates via multiple channels including phone calls, managing customer service processes, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role demands a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
