An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Ecommerce Manager / Trading Manager to join the marketing team and drive all website and marketplace trading for both B2C & B2B sites.
You will be primarily responsible for the trading and promotional calendar, merchandising, and user experience. Ideally comfortable with Magento and seller central platforms and have a thorough understanding of CRO & merchandising initiatives that drive sales on consumer websites.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop the trading and promotional strategy for B2B & B2C websites.
* Collaborate with the Digital/Product team on comprehensive trading, pricing, and promotional strategies supporting growth across DTC websites.
* Implement website tools to improve conversions (Merch & UX) and produce regular reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
* Analyze and optimize site performance using data sources including customer data, site metrics, and competitor analysis.
* Manage ecommerce dashboards and reporting metrics.
* Coordinate with Brand Marketing & Creative teams to balance commercial and brand content across CRM & Website channels.
* Support the SEO strategy by implementing technical on-page and off-page tactics.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience in marketing, either client-side retail or agency environment.
* Proficient in Excel with the ability to extract and present data with clear insights.
* Excellent communication skills to clarify performance indicators and set strategic direction.
