What You’ll Be Doing:Leading and developing a team of Commissioning Engineers across a portfolio of capital projectsCollaborating with Design, Delivery, and Operational teams to ensure commissioning plans align with project objectivesEnsuring projects are adequately resourced, risks are mitigated, and commissioning is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standardsDriving best practice across processes, documentation, and Health & SafetyMentoring delivery partners and team members while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovationRepresenting the commissioning team in stakeholder discussions and managing escalated issues to resolution✅ What You’ll Need:Extensive experience in commissioning of Waste and Water Treatment Plants & associated processesProven track record of successful project delivery and plant performance verificationStrong understanding of supply chain management, NEC contracts, and risk managementAbility to manage multiple projects and teams with a hands-on leadership styleExcellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skillsElectrically qualified with up-to-date regulations knowledgeHNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant Engineering or Process disciplineFull UK driving license and relevant site safety accreditations (e.g. CSCS, IOSH)
