On offer is the chance to become a key asset to the sales team. You will play a vital role in commercial growth by generating and converting sales leads, conducting site visits and workshop tours, improving business strategy, and nurturing client relationships.
The Role:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team
* Generating and converting leads into qualified quotes
* Booking and conducting site visits and workshop tours
* Closing multiple sales per month with self-builders and developers
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans
* Building and nurturing long-term client and architect relationships
* Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

* Background in sales and management within the construction sector
