The Client
This successful, multi-branched, multi-award winning, independent Estate Agent in the Wokingham is seeking you.
You will be working closely with the SLT to grow the sales department and keep it performing. It's an office ripe for growth, and you can be an integral part of it.
It will be a challenge, but fun, and you'll be given the tools, the support, and the environment to make it successful.
They're a close knit bunch who really celebrate you and your wins.
What you can expect
* Value and win new instructions
* Work closely with the SLT on branch reports and direction
* Negotiate on offers
* Keep up to date with market changes to inform Vendors
* Be rewarded for a job well done with international winners’ trips
Hours and holiday
* Monday – Friday 8:30am to 6pm
* Every other Saturday 9am – 3.30pm
Package
* Guarantee in place
* Car allowance (own car is required)

Range is provided by Mavrec. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
