The Role
We are expanding and seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to work in a small, valued team. Responsibilities include preparing Acquisition and Technical Due Diligence reports for hotels, care homes, whitecoat businesses, and other commercial properties nationwide. Additional tasks include bank monitoring, dilapidations, lifecycle costing, maintenance scheduling, small projects, project management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refurbishment design, contract administration, and project management.
* Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
* Assist in developing new and repeat business opportunities.
* Autonomous, client-facing role.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
* Experience in pre- and post-contract project management with a client-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
