The Role Portfolio of projects as part of a major regional rail infrastructure upgrade framework. Projects include civil engineering, building, electrification, and plant works. Framework covers South Wales, Devon, and Cornwall, however the role will be based out of the regional head office in Swindon. Key Responsibilities Support the commercial delivery of a major regional rail infrastructure upgrade framework. Manage compensation events and change across live NEC3/4 contracts. Produce monthly CVRs, presenting to senior internal stakeholders for review. Contribute to project performance discussions, providing commercial input to project strategy. Carrying out tender pricing, risk assessment, contract drafting, and negotiation activities. Support operational team with managing payment applications, ensuring the correct rates and work order numbers are used. What We're Looking For Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to see experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression. Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience delivering the commercial requirements for projects or frameworks across any sector of infrastructure. You will have demonstrable experience of supporting the delivery of multiple projects at a time, and possess strong reporting skills. Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.
