JOB OPPORTUNITY: General Operative / FLT Counterbalance Operator

Are you seeking a stable position with a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch? We are currently recruiting a General Operative / FLT Driver to join a clean, safe, and structured production environment.

Shift Patterns & Pay
* Day Shift: £12.98 per hour
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (Half day!)
* Late Shift: £16.23 per hour
Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm – 2:00am (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
Shift Flexibility: We welcome applications from candidates who can commit to either shift pattern. However, those who are fully flexible and able to work both shifts will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
As a dual-rate operative, you will split your time between hands-on production support and forklift operation, including:
* Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT to move, load, and unload stock.
* Working on production lines packing, bottling, and labelling finished goods.
* Adhering to straightforward health, safety, and product handling guidelines.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse and production areas.
Candidate Requirements
* A valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT).
* Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment.
* A reliable and punctual attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Comfortable working in a regulated chemical batching and blending environment.
