The role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and ensuring excellent service.
We are looking for someone who:
* is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
* has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about restaurant financials
* recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
