Holiday Club Project Lead
Part-Time (20–25 hours per week) flexible work schedule around child-school hours
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pro-rata dependent on experience
Location: North Somerset, Bristol & South Glos (mix of office-based in Clevedon and on-site at holiday clubs)

Future Stars Coaching has been running award-winning sports, childcare, and activity programmes for over 16 years. We deliver safe, fun, and inspiring sessions for thousands of children every year across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset.
We're now looking for a Holiday Club Project Lead to take full ownership of one of the most exciting parts of our business: our thriving holiday clubs. These clubs welcome thousands of children every school holiday, giving parents peace of mind and children unforgettable experiences.
The Role
As our Holiday Club Project Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Planning and delivery – Coordinating all holiday club programmes across multiple venues, ensuring sessions are well-planned, engaging, and safe.
* People leadership – Supporting, motivating, and managing club teams to deliver to the highest standards, with safeguarding at the heart of everything.
* Quality assurance – Overseeing compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety across all clubs, and ensuring our provision meets and exceeds parent expectations.
* Communication – Working with parents, schools, and our head office to maintain clear, timely communication and high levels of trust.
* Project growth – Collaborating with our commercial director and head office teams to refine, improve, and grow the holiday club offer.
You'll be the driving force behind the culture, quality, and success of our holiday clubs, ensuring every child has a brilliant experience and every parent feels confident choosing Future Stars.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in leading childcare, education, or community projects or caring for children (as a parent, carer, or in a professional capacity) is also highly valued.
* Experienced in leading childcare, education, or community projects (or bringing comparable leadership from another setting)
* Confident in safeguarding, compliance, and managing risk, ideally with knowledge of Ofsted and EYFS standards
* An organised project manager, able to plan across multiple sites and teams
* A natural leader and communicator, able to motivate staff and build strong relationships with schools and parents
* Passionate about creating outstanding experiences for children, with experience of caring for or working closely with children (professionally or as a parent/carer)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
