Our pupils face a range ofchallenges, including high levels of deprivation and mobility. Many pupils joinmid-year, often with little or no English. Middle Leadership Opportunities (TLR2)
Alongside class teacher posts, we are offering TLR2 middle leadership opportunitiesas part of our ongoing commitment to developing leadership.

* CharacterDevelopment (TLR2) - Developing the school’s approach to character and personal growth.
* PupilGroups – EAL and Vulnerable Pupils (TLR2)- Strengthening support for key pupil groups and removing barriers to learning.
Theseare class-based roles with dedicated leadership time and a TLR2allowance (currently £3,527 per annum).
Responsibilitieswill be developed with successful candidates to align with their strengths andschool priorities.
Expectations of TLR holders
Applicantsshould demonstrate impact beyond their own classroom, for example throughcontributing to curriculum development, supporting colleagues or leadingaspects of school improvement.
Teacherson the Upper Pay Range are expected to make a substantial and sustained contributionto the wider life of the school, in addition to any TLR responsibilities.
