Location: This role will be based in Edinburgh with time spent working from the office and at home.

The Role
The Migration portfolio plays a key role in achieving business goals, and within our team of change professionals, we support change in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in the achievement of Phoenix ambitions to innovate to provide customers with better financial futures.
As part of this dynamic team, you will provide our customers with better financial futures, with plenty of opportunity for your own personal development along the way. At Phoenix, we will help you, and our customers, secure a life of possibilities.
You will provide a comprehensive range of business analysis services to support our change projects, bringing clarity to complex situations and using appropriate analysis techniques to define, agree, and document scope and requirements. You will produce a range of analysis artefacts, manage changes to scope and requirements, and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle of your projects.
What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with demonstrable experience of working as a BA or in an analytical role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working to tight deadlines and capable of planning and managing your own workload with support from a Lead BA as required.
An important part of the job is working closely with key stakeholders to support Phoenix’s strategic objectives, so strong stakeholder management skills are essential. You will be a strong team player who works collaboratively, challenges positively, and communicates effectively. You should be able to explain complex concepts in an understandable way and approach tasks with enthusiasm and positivity.
Our business is complex, and our change programmes reflect this, therefore you will be a self-starter who can learn quickly, act autonomously, and apply your experience and skills across many disciplines.

Desirable
* Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (e.g. BCS Diploma, IIBA Certifications)
* Knowledge across Phoenix/ReAssure products, processes, and systems
* Knowledge of Business Analysis and general analytical techniques
