Job Title: Head of People & Capability - Project Management
Location: Warton (3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £92,700+ with car allowance and bonus, depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
* Accountable for the Project Management Strategic Workforce Plan for the Air Sector
* Responsible for leading the Organisational Effectiveness (including sprints) for Project Management across the Air Sector
* Accountable for establishing the Project Management Supply Plan for the Air Sector
* Responsible for Project Management resourcing for the Air Sector across all pipelines of supply - early careers, experienced hires, on-site subcontract
* Responsible for all aspects of the talent process including skills framework and for assessing levels of project management SQEP (suitably qualified and experienced person).
* Responsible for skills development programmes for the function
* Lead interface the trade union and employee representative groups
Your skills and experiences:
* Relevant Project Management degree or equivalent experience
* Proven ability in Project Management integration, including planning
* In-depth knowledge of people capability elements and talent management
* Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across a large, dispersed functional model
