Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Rotherham, S63
Contract: Full time, temporary on-going
Salary: £12.31 per hour, paid weekly every Friday! Overtime rates apply for weekend working!
Start Date: Friday, 9th May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
3. Provide detailed information about our products and services.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
What we are looking for:
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
10. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
11. Successful candidates must be comfortable and able to pass a DBS check if required.
Hours:
Working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational shift pattern, all applicants must be fully flexible to work across our opening hours listed below:
12. Monday to Sunday; 8am – 8pm
13. Shifts will be on a rota basis, working 37.5 hours per week
14. Weekends will be required on occasions.
Pay Rate:
15. Offering £12.31 per hour, paid weekly – every Friday!
16. Weekend working will be paid at time and a half, offering £18.46 per hour!
