HEAD OF COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS | LONDON
UPO TO £125K WITH MBO & EXCELLENT BENEFITS
ABOUT:
* Luxury goods brand with a focus on watches, jewellery and fragrance.
* Synonymous for creativity, exceptional savoir-faire and beautifully designed products.
* Globally renowned brand with a strong brand identity and heritage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the commercial strategy and development of all business partners across the UK market and the Watch and Fragrance activity with an omnichannel and performance mindset.
* Supervise and participate in the 360 action plan and development of the business
* Develop and support Business Partners Sales Force.
* Validate business conditions and ensure consistency across all areas and doors.
* Manage the Commercial Partnerships Department and develop these further.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in either Luxury Watchmaking business and/or Travel Retail.
* Proven capabilities to understand the market, identify business opportunities and structure a strategy.
* leadership skills and stress management with the ability to listen and adapt.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Collaborative working style and team player.
* High level of integrity and loyalty.
* Confident and comfortable working in a changing environment.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Analytical and synthesis skills.
* Expertise and skills within watches, jewellery and fragrance and advantage.
* Fluency in written and oral English required.
* Fluency in another language an advantage.
OFFERING:
* £110k - £125k base salary.
* MBO and full company benefits.
* Hybrid work negotiable.
