Job Title: HSE and Facilities Manager
Job Location: UK; Coalville
Job Type: Full time – permanent
Reporting to: Operations Director
Site: Coalville
Job Overview:
Terex is currently seeking a motivated individual to manage the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) at Coalville and will support all HSE requirements on site. The HSE Manager will work closely with the operational management team to develop line management capability and the implementation of good people management practices through advising on complex operational matters, coaching and mentoring. This will be a very high demanding position and will suit a person who has a passion to make a difference in highly successful, dynamic global company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have:
 1. NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
 2. Thorough knowledge of current Health and Safety & Environmental Legislation.
 3. Significant HSE experience in manufacturing, engineering or high-risk environments
 4. Experience and knowledge of management systems or equivalent internal system; i.e. HSE (ISO14001, ISO45001) or Quality (ISO9001), Energy (ISO50001).
 5. Membership of IOSH (CPD).
The below would also be desirable though not essential:
 6. Chartered level of IOSH or working towards this level
 7. NEBOSH HSE Diploma or equivalent
 8. NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental management
 9. NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate
 10. Train the Trainer Certification
 11. Experience of implementation, development or auditing of management systems; OHSAS 18001/ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO14001, ISO9001
 12. NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Well being at work
 13. Experience of coaching and mentoring
 14. ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
