You’ll drive measurable impact, improve journeys that delight customers, and collaborate across GTM, Design, and Engineering to turn business needs into seamless digital products.
What you’ll do
* Lead product strategy and delivery across website and app
* Design and run experiments to improve engagement, retention, and LTV
* Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery to optimisation
* Translate business needs into actionable priorities for engineering
* Partner with design and tech teams to create intuitive, user-focused experiences
* Coordinate GTM launches and leverage data to continuously optimise
Who we’re looking for
* 5+ years B2C product experience (web/mobile)
* Strong analytical skills and technical fluency (GA4, Mixpanel, APIs, mobile deployments)
* Comfortable leading workshops, influencing stakeholders, and navigating regulated sector
* Curious about AI and growth-driven product improvements
