Responsibilities: We provide Dynamics, Power Apps, and automation expertise to all business areas, ensuring optimal use of the toolset and delivery of solutions aligned to industry best practices. We lead workflow strategy, design, and build, integrating with Microsoft services and third-party solutions to support organisational objectives. We create and manage a catalogue of automation assets and maintain high-quality technical and architectural documentation. We act as the escalation and decision point for Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues, risks, and change delivery decisions. We serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and change delivery teams to resolve queries related to Dynamics, Power Apps, and automation. We support the development of low-code and automation capabilities through knowledge sharing, technical assurance, and adoption of best practices. We collaborate with Senior Leaders, PMO, and IT teams to ensure solutions align with strategic roadmaps and technical principles. We represent low-code and automation in design assurance and technical authority forums to reduce manual processes and costs. We research and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend process and system improvements or replacements.
