3. Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
5. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure account accuracy.
6. Assist in preparing payment runs and resolving payment discrepancies.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper expense allocations.
8. Support month-end close processes related to accounts payable.
9. Respond promptly to vendor queries and maintain good working relationships.
10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
