Position
Optometrist | Location: Newtown, Powys | Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience | Working hours: Full or part-time patterns available with no late night working | Experience level: Open to both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are registered with the GOC

Role and Responsibilities
Our Optometrists are an integral part of our store management team, with opportunities to develop outside the test room. The role includes clinical examination, patient care, and contributing to store development and customer care initiatives. ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) are available to explore. This experience can support future progression towards store leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For
Alongside being a qualified and GOC‑registered Optometrist, we are seeking someone who shares our store’s ethos. We want a professional who wants to grow, develop, and offer exceptional customer care. A practitioner who prides themselves on clinical judgment, is hands-on, and keen to build rapport with the team.
