Location: Midlands (Field Based)
Salary: £40, £50, basic + Car or Allowance + Commission + Benefits
About the Opportunity
A field-based sales role with a UK provider of hydraulic tooling company, selling into industrial sectors across the Midlands.
The Role
You will own and develop the Midlands sales territory driving new business, expanding wallet share within existing accounts, and converting opportunities across OEMs, distributors and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive regional sales of hydraulic tooling and bolting solutions
2. Develop new business across target industrial sectors
3. Manage and grow distributor and key account relationships
4. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical consultations
5. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close orders
6. Report on pipeline, territory performance and competitor activity
Candidate Profile
7. Proven external/field sales experience within hydraulics, industrial tooling or engineered products
8. Confident in both new business development and account management
9. Technically minded with ability to discuss engineered solutions
10. Professional, commercially driven and comfortable with travel across territory
