We’re looking for a Category Manager who’s passionate about driving growth, sparking innovation, and building powerful partnerships across some of the most exciting channels in the UK — think Bars, Pubs, Clubs, Festivals, QSRs, Catering, and Vending.

What you’ll do:
Lead with Insight
* Craft and execute bold category strategies tailored to each channel
* Dive deep into market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
* Translate data into action, shaping product and promotional strategies that deliver impact
Collaborate & Influence
* Be the go-to expert for category insights, building trusted relationships with key customers
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to deliver best-in-class solutions
* Present compelling, data-backed recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Drive Performance
* Monitor KPIs like sales, market share, and profitability to measure success
* Stay ahead of the curve with regular competitor analysis
* Lead promotional planning and activation strategies that excite and engage
Own the Commercial Plan
* Align category initiatives with customer goals and business objectives
* Manage budgets smartly to maximise ROI
* Ensure seamless execution across teams and channels
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or a related field — ideally within On Premise or FMCG
Sharp analytical skills and a love for turning data into strategy
Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of channel dynamics and consumer behaviour
Confident communicator who can influence and inspire at all levels
Comfortable with tools like Nielsen, IRI, and other category management platforms
