About the role
bps procurement function plays a critical role in supporting the wider business by enabling effective, ethical and value-driven sourcing. The Senior Procurement Manager Strategy, Transformation & Performance leads a team responsible for shaping procurements functional strategy, operating model and supporting its consistent execution across the organisation.
This role focuses on setting clear strategic direction, designing and delivering transformation initiatives, supporting change adoption, and overseeing performance management. Working closely with colleagues across procurement, bp more broadly and external organisations, you will help ensure that new ways of working are practical, aligned, and embedded over time.
The role suits someone who brings a structured, but creative and collaborative approach, is comfortable working in complex environments, and values inclusive engagement with diverse collaborators.
