New Homes Administrator
We’re looking for a highly motivated Part Time New Homes Administrator within our Land & New Homes team.
Key responsibilities of a Part Time New Homes Administrator:
1. To create new site set-up and listings
2. Add and maintain text for events, updates and photos
3. Task sales, exchanges, completion and withdrawals through MI and CRM systems
4. Coordinate reservation paperwork
5. Produce Rightmove price guide reports, update and distribute price lists
6. Create brochures, window cards, prepare adverts and HTML mailers
7. Be the central point of contact for the New Homes Managers
8. General administrative duties to include form filling and stationery requests
Skills and experience required to be a successful Part Time New Homes Administrator
9. Positive, organised, numerate and detail orientated
10. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
Administrative Tasks Include:
13. Prepare and maintain website listings Add photos and floorplans Check all information including pricing is correct Alternate and refresh photos Add text for events and updates
14. Prepare and send HTML mailers
15. Task sales, exchanges, completions, withdrawals etc
16. Update and distribute price lists
17. Liaise closely with New Homes marketing team in respect to the creation of sales brochures, window cards and other point of sale material
18. Assume responsibility for Anti Money Laundering processes
19. Chase sales progressing
20. Work closely with the in house and client marketing teams in the creation of new advertising campaigns, both online and offline
21. Be responsible for Marketing Audits
22. Work with New Homes Managers to assist in general new site set up activities
23. Prepare and assist in the completion of Sales Reservation paperwork
24. Make newly released homes available to the market
25. Complete any tasks associated with the withdrawal of homes from the market
26. Undertake detailed Competitor analysis
27. Prepare ad hoc Rightmove Reports as required
28. Liaise with Central team in respect to stationery requests
29. Maintain and update Health and Safety folders as required
30. Liaise with Central team in respect to purchase invoice processing
31. Liaise with Central team in respect to staff timesheets
32. Any Ad Hoc additions as the business requires
