Job Overview:
The Migration & Refresh Support Technician will support onsite device migration, laptop refresh activities, and daily operational tasks within the Refresh Clinic environment.Working under the direction of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, this role ensures smooth execution of device movements, workflow updates, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of following technical instructions precisely.SC Clearance is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of the work.

Rate: PAYE - £19.85/hr (Basic) or UMB - £25.77/hr (Under IR35)
Start/End Date: 16-Feb-2026 to 03-Mar-2026
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in setting up the Migration and Refresh Clinic daily.
* Move the required quantity of devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
* Log in to required systems using devices provided by the contractor engineer or Site Manager and follow given instructions.
* Support the laptop refresh process following defined procedures.
* Update the contractor's workflow management system accurately at all required steps.
* Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager when needed.
* Assist with daily manual stock checks and report findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
* Secure and organise devices in the onsite storage location at the end of each day.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid SC Clearance.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
* Comfortable handling IT devices and working in a technical environment.
* Strong attention to detail and reliability.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
