Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Waterlooville. You will be tasked with the continued growth of our industrial engineering sector. This position involves white-collar recruitment for the Power Transmission sector and would suit someone with drive and motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role. Full systems and technical training will be provided.

Package & Benefits:
* £25,000 to £27,000 Basic - £40,000 to £60,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
