Profile
Our client is a leading UKAS accredited company who provide the full range of asbestos works to a range of Commercial and public sector clients across the UK. They are looking for a hardworking and organised Asbestos Bid Manager / Writer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry, overseeing a team of bid writers and providing clients with PQQs, ITTs and tender returns.

Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience working within the asbestos industry in a bid management/write role.
* Working knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining registrations with appropriate authorities/bodies to ensure receipt of relevant EOIs, PQQs and Tender notifications.
* Ensuring that the bid process runs efficiently and effectively.
* Liaising with company teams to assess new opportunities.
* Managing bid input from stakeholders, sales, marketing, finance, technical teams and legal.
* Completing written proposals.
* Overseeing a team of bid writers.
* Maintaining an effective archive/filing structure for past submissions.
* Monitoring and evaluating success rates and conversions.
* Managing various sites simultaneously and ensuring all work is up-to-date.
