An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, values-driven leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Headteacher. This role is central to shaping the strategic direction of our school, driving excellence in teaching and learning, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, curriculum design and operational leadership.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to deliver an ambitious vision for our students, staff, and wider community. As Deputy Headteacher, you will lead whole-school improvement, oversee key operational systems, and deputise for the Headteacher when required.
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
Strategic leadership with the ability to set direction and inspire others
Expertise in teaching practice, learning development and curriculum design
Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with confidence in data-driven decision-making
An unwavering commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of students and staff
