How We Support You - The IMPACT Academy Our Impact Academy provides world-class training designed to help you excel in recruitment. You will develop skills in: Candidate sourcing and interviewing Building and maintaining client relationships Resilience and self-awareness Goal setting and motivation Psychology in sales and communicationYour Responsibilities During your first 6-9 months: Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles Write professional CV profiles for client marketing Collaborate closely with your sales team to increase candidate placements Meet weekly performance and KPI targetsAs you advance into sales: Manage client relationships and develop new business Negotiate margins and contracts Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards Handle challenging conversations with professionalism Deliver outstanding service and effective time managementEarn commission throughout every stage of your progress.
