Conference & Banqueting Manager Surrey - £42-45K + £3K service charge Pension / Medical Healthcare.
I am looking for a global hotel operator for a proactive and details-driven Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality C&B up to 220cv and alongside the Wedding Manager, the delivery and management of around 80 weddings per year.
The successful candidate will oversee conferences, meetings, and banquets, working closely with F&B, operations, kitchen and FOH teams to ensure exceptional service.
£43-45K + Service Charge of around £3K per year - Private Medical / Private Pension - 40hrs/wk - 5 days of 7.
Key Responsibilities:
To plan and deliver conferences, banquets, and events
Lead and motivate the large events team
Coordinate event logistics, catering, and AV
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Manage budgets, costs and guest satisfaction
About You:
Proven conference and banqueting experience
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent customer service focus
Good financial awareness and C&B/F&B knowledge
Right to work in the UK and ideally access to personal transport required.
